Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
- Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Coordinate and perform nursing activities in the assigned section/unit during a designated shift.
- Be responsible for facility operations in the absence of the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current valid RN/LPN state license
- Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university
- Ability to tackle numerous tasks and make quick decisions
- Ability to foster good resident and family relationships
- Effective collaboration within a team environment
- Passion for working with elderly residents in a caring, compassionate manner
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a long-term living facility (a plus, but not required)

Experience:
Education: Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university
License & Certification:
- RN/LPN state license
