- Supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts.
- Ensure optimal care for residents at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
- Review nurse practices and address performance concerns as they arise.
Required Skills

- RN management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
Preferred Skills
- Current CPR certification
- Additional certification in nursing specialty
