Pay: $15,000 sign-on bonus available to full-time candidates with 2 years RN CVICU experience
Shift: Night 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest quality care for ECMO patients.
- Manage all mechanical circulatory devices including percutaneous and implantable ventricular assist devices, intra-aortic balloon pumps, continuous renal replacement therapy and ECMO.
- Care for all ECLS patients receiving VA, VV, VP, VA-V, RVAD and ECPR therapies.
- Handle disease processes including post cardiotomy syndrome, cardiogenic shock, advanced heart failure, pre and post heart/lung transplant, ARDS, and post cardiac arrest.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1 RN to ECMO patient.
- Participate in research trials and publications.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Experience with ECMO and other mechanical circulatory devices.
- CCRN certification (required within 6 months of hire).
- BLS and ACLS certification.
Preferred Skills
- 1 year minimum CVICU experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to innovate and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
Experience: 1 year minimum CVICU experience.
Education: Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
License & Certification:
- RN - Registered Nurse
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - American Heart Association
- CCRN - through AACN (required within 6 months of hire)
