Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall patient care for assigned caseload.
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and regulations.
- Plan, organize, and direct all patient care services.
- Coordinate the interdisciplinary team to implement the patient care plan.
- Ensure effective management of visit utilization and control of expenses.
- Assist in agency orientation and competency evaluations.
- Consult with clinical staff regarding specific expertise.

Experience: 2 years recent relevant experience
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

- RN-Registered Nurse of California
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- Valid Driver's License Class C
