Position: LPN Supervisor in Personal Care Home/Residential/Assisted Living
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $2,000 Sign on Bonus
Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM, every other weekend

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and record them on file.
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment.
- Consult with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for residents.
- Observe and record patient behavior.
- Collect patient health history.
- Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans.
- Provide care for ill, injured, convalescing patients.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to administer prescribed medications.

Requirements
Experience:
Education: Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the PA State Board of Nurse Examiners
License & Certification:
