Position: Rehabilitation East - 16-bed unit

Pay:
Shift: Monday-Friday, mainly days with ability to flex hours, weekend on-call rotation, 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
- Plans, directs, facilitates, and evaluates clinical services provided by a specific unit of responsibility.
- Provides leadership and supervisory functions, including direct patient care.
- Coordinates unit management activities in conjunction with manager/director.
- Facilitates unit staff development in collaboration with manager/director.
- Carries out the day-to-day operation plan of the unit under the direction of the manager/director.
- Serves as a resource to other health team members on the assigned unit.
- Works collaboratively with other departments to facilitate cost-effective health care.
- Assumes patient care assignment based on unit needs.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of three years in a clinical setting, with demonstrated expertise in caring for a defined patient population

- Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license
