- Provide compassionate, tailored patient care and develop personalized programs.
- Supervise nursing staff, monitor performance, and handle staff evaluations and discipline.
- Serve as a liaison between administration and staff, ensuring seamless operations.
- Assist with policy implementation and assume patient care when needed.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients to support their recovery.
