- Provide personalized care to patients
- Develop and implement policies for patient care
- Ensure seamless operations of the rehabilitation department
- Supervise nursing staff and conduct evaluations
- Manage performance of nursing staff
- Act as a liaison between administration and staff
- Foster teamwork among nursing staff
- Build meaningful relationships with patients
- Celebrate recovery milestones with patients
- Ensure quality care is provided to all patients
