Implements and monitors patient care plans.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Collects and analyzes data about a patient, including physiological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
Establishes daily goals with the patient and family.
Formulates a plan of care based on assessment data and problem identification.
Implements nursing care according to the care plan, ensuring continuity of care during hospitalization and preparation for discharge.
Documents care in the patient’s healthcare record.
Evaluates the patient’s status and the effectiveness of nursing care, modifying the care plan as needed.
Initiates care coordination actions with patients, families, and/or members of the healthcare team.
Delegates and supervises nursing tasks as appropriate.
Prioritizes nursing responsibilities.

Experience: 1 year of experience as a Licensed RN in an OR Setting

Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
