Job Responsibilities

Supervises, evaluates, and provides leadership and coaching to nursing personnel.
Arranges coverage for nurse absences.
Provides clinical supervision to nursing staff.
Assures that the delivery of nursing care complies with licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
Completes clinical documentation as required.
Responsible for specific level of care in the building.
Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change.
Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to continuously improve productivity, efficiency, recovery outcomes and medical care.
Coordinates the relationship with outside medical and nursing support services including pharmacy and laboratory services.
Works as an RN in a variety of capacities during staff shortages and in emergent situations.
Performs other related duties assigned.

Requirements

Experience: Four (4) years of nursing experience with increasing levels of responsibility, including two (2) years of behavioral health nursing and two (2) years of management experience.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.

License & Certification:

Valid and current state-specific RN license (Compact licensure preferred)

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
