Job Responsibilities
- Provides leadership for clinic staff and assures adequate personnel and resources for safe, high-quality patient care.
- Utilizes the nursing process to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care for the patient/family promoting optimal patient outcomes.
- Participates in department and organization performance improvement activities.
- Utilizes financial data to manage the department’s operating budget, plan capital expenditures, and formulate a business plan for new programs or services.
- Actively participates and provides leadership for education programs, unit meetings, and assigned committees.

Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years experience in clinical nursing required; at least 12 months preferred.

- Licensed RN - Missouri
- Registered Nurse Multistate License Missouri required upon hire
- Specialty Certification relevant to unit's patient population required upon hire
