Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care for children ages birth to 21 with medical complexities such as tracheostomies, ventilators, and g-tubes.
- Utilize hands-on skills and techniques needed for pediatric nursing.
- Engage in personalized training and receive 24/7 clinical support.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Pediatric nursing experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to provide care for patients with trachs, vents, and g-tubes
Preferred Skills
- Heart to care for pediatric patients
- Experience with advanced skill training
