Job Responsibilities
- Build your own patient panel.
- Learn from a multitude of preceptors.
- Engage in didactic content to enhance graduate training.
- Commit to working at Oak Street for at least one year post-program.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Family, adult, or adult-gerontology primary care competencies.
- Ability to collaborate within an interprofessional care team.
- Spanish language skills (strongly preferred depending on clinic location).

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one year experience as an adult RN within the last five years.
Education: Graduated or will graduate between December 2023 and May 2025.
License & Certification:
- Active, non-probationary state NP license by 9/15/2025.
