Job Responsibilities
- Accurately assess the health status of individuals and families through history taking and physical examination.
- Establish accurate diagnosis of health/developmental problems.
- Independently develop and initiate appropriate therapeutic interventions in a timely manner.
- Evaluate patient’s health outcomes and modify treatment plan accordingly.
- Provide instruction and counseling to individuals, families, and groups in the area of health promotion and maintenance.
- Perform medically delegated functions under the direction of the physician.
- Actively participate in clinic/hospital department projects and committees as appropriate.

Experience:
Education: Completion of an accredited graduate program in nursing and preceptorship
