Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct support for assigned state-based nursing students throughout and after the nursing program
- Guide, implement, and execute all licensure initiatives across assigned campuses and sites
- Participate in the student lifecycle, operations planning, and execution of new student orientation and nursing core courses
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) that align with the Content Mastery Series and NCLEX success
- Attend, lead, and participate in weekly At-Risk meetings for identifying and tracking at-risk students
- Ensure accurate and real-time documentation of all student's one-to-one meetings and seminar attendance
- Lead and guide all ATI licensure initiatives and collaborate with faculty and leadership for scheduling
- Perform real-time monitoring and analysis of student and cohort data in PowerBI Performance Dashboard
- Reconcile official NCLEX results to official Board of Nursing results and analyze students who were unsuccessful
- Analyze Mountain Measurement reports to identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring intervention
- Disseminate findings to campus leadership and faculty, providing actionable insights to drive student success
- Mentor, guide, and support student ATI Champion representatives
- Support faculty as a resource in implementing in-services and guides for ATI Champion completion
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current knowledge of nursing practice
- Ability to mentor and coach students
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Pre-licensure nursing online teaching experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Familiarity with distance technologies such as Microsoft Teams
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in nursing
- Terminal Degree in Nursing (PhD, DNP, EdD) preferred
- Minimum of one year of previous NCLEX experience or two years of academic teaching experience

Experience: Minimum of one year of previous NCLEX experience or two years of academic teaching experience
Education: Master’s degree in nursing required
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse with current and unencumbered RN licensure, preferred in state where program is delivered or Compact as applicable
