Provide direct support for assigned state-based nursing students throughout and after the nursing program
Guide, implement, and execute all licensure initiatives across assigned campuses and sites
Participate in the student lifecycle, operations planning, and execution of new student orientation and nursing core courses
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) that align with the Content Mastery Series and NCLEX success
Attend, lead, and participate in weekly At-Risk meetings for identifying and tracking at-risk students
Ensure accurate and real-time documentation of all student's one-to-one meetings and seminar attendance
Lead and guide all ATI licensure initiatives and collaborate with faculty and leadership for scheduling
Perform real-time monitoring and analysis of student and cohort data in PowerBI Performance Dashboard
Reconcile official NCLEX results to official Board of Nursing results and analyze students who were unsuccessful
Analyze Mountain Measurement reports to identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring intervention
Disseminate findings to campus leadership and faculty, providing actionable insights to drive student success
Mentor, guide, and support student ATI Champion representatives
Support faculty as a resource in implementing in-services and guides for ATI Champion completion
Other duties as assigned

Current knowledge of nursing practice
Ability to mentor and coach students
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Pre-licensure nursing online teaching experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS)
Familiarity with distance technologies such as Microsoft Teams

Master’s degree in nursing
Terminal Degree in Nursing (PhD, DNP, EdD) preferred
Minimum of one year of previous NCLEX experience or two years of academic teaching experience

Experience: Minimum of one year of previous NCLEX experience or two years of academic teaching experience

Education: Master’s degree in nursing required

License & Certification:

Registered Nurse with current and unencumbered RN licensure, preferred in state where program is delivered or Compact as applicable
