Timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and care management process from admission to discharge.
Ensure compliance with company policy, Federal, State, and Certification guidelines.
Coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department under the direction of the Director of Nursing and VP of Clinical Reimbursement.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state
Knowledge of Case-Mix and Federal Medicare PPS process
Understanding of Quality Indicator process, OBRA regulations, and Minimum Data Set
Knowledge of the care planning process
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience: Prior MDS experience highly preferred; Minimum of one year of experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
