Position: Provides professional nursing care for residents in long term care.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $25.00 - $36.00, $7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS

Job Responsibilities
- Provides professional nursing care for residents under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles applicable to the clinical setting.
- Performs testing to evaluate resident data and provides necessary care.
- Administers medications or treatments as ordered.
- Documents resident interactions and outcomes related to care.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with residents and healthcare providers.
- Communicates clearly while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Counsels residents and family members on prevention and treatment plans as directed.
- Develops self-care programs based on resident education principles.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to perform testing and evaluation of resident status
- Technical support provision to healthcare professionals
- Competency in documentation and confidentiality
Preferred Skills
- IV therapy/management skills if required
- Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary care team
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility is required.
Education: Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; Associate degree preferred.
License & Certification:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Additional certifications may be required depending on specific services
