Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Full Time Overnights
Position: Provision of professional nursing care for residents in long-term care
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 with a $7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS
Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts

Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
- Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles specific to the clinical setting.
- Perform evaluations to assess resident status and deliver necessary care.
- Recognize problems and recommend solutions in emergent situations.
- Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents, healthcare providers, and the public.
- Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans.
- Develop self-care programs based on resident education principles.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Experience in long-term care
- IV therapy/management skills if applicable
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility preferred.
Education: Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
License & Certification:
- Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license
- Multi-state licensure privileges if applicable
