Job Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative and clinical functions of patient care services during off-site management hours.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to improve the quality of patient care and financial performance of the department.
- Enhance patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.
- Serve as a role model and provide clinical expertise to department staff.
- Act as an on-site resource for hospital-wide problem solving and decision making.
- Identify safety concerns and implement measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Preferred Skills

Requirements
Experience: 5 years of Acute care clinical experience
Education: BSN Required
License & Certification:
- Current California RN license
- Current Basic Life Support Card from the American Heart Association
