Job Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, activities, and employees consistent with company policy and regional management directives.
Assist with the oversight of the agency’s growth related to home care.
Serve as the clinical expert and assist with the operational and financial management of the agency.
Investigate and take appropriate actions on client/consumer complaints.
Participate in the recruiting, hiring, and identifying the training needs of clinical staff.
Evaluate programs and services regularly to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and perform home visits as needed.
Ensure client compliance with federal/state regulations through policy and procedure administration to staff.
Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and perform annual employee evaluations for all clinical staff.
Oversee case management to ensure services that are financially sound.
Manage caseload as needed for client coverage.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
Clinical management

Preferred Skills

3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
Bachelor’s degree
Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
Basic understanding of OASIS

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

License & Certification:

Registered Nurse licensure
CPR certification
