Job Responsibilities

Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the agency.
Ensures that a clinical supervisor is available during all operating hours.
Ensures that an RN is available after hours (24/7) to address patient concerns.
Performs the functions of clinical supervisor, intake, scheduling, quality review, and utilization management medical records as needed.
Ensures the agency employs qualified personnel that meet all state and federal requirements.
Collaborates with the talent acquisition and HR team on personnel-related matters.
Accountable to meet and exceed national benchmarks in key performance indicators.
Provides oversight of clinical, operational, and financial functions of the agency.
Collaborates with leadership to meet growth projections.
Interacts regularly with hospital leaders and care management teams.
Directs the implementation of improved work methods and processes.
Demonstrates the ability to problem solve, make decisions, and establish effective rapport with team members, patients, families, physicians, and colleagues.

Requirements

Experience: 5 years progressive experience leading home-based care operations or other related healthcare operations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or other healthcare related field or four years of equivalent experience.

Clear/active Registered Nurse license
Valid state Driver’s License with current car insurance
