Job Title: Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Position: Outpatient Family Medicine Team member
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $147,112 base, with potential adjustments and $40k sign-on bonus
Shift: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
- Manage patient care within a care team model
- Collaborate with physicians to provide patient treatment
- Develop a well-rounded skill set for managing chronic conditions
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Knowledge of clinical care and patient treatment
- Proficiency in computer applications and database management
- Interpersonal relationship skills
Preferred Skills
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or PhD
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in nursing
License & Certification:
- RN license in state of practice
- Certification to practice as a Family NP
- Personal DEA license or prescribing authority granted by state board
