Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physician orders.
- Ensure 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services.
- Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
- Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Preferred Skills
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school
Requirements
Experience: Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role; Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
