Job Responsibilities
- Directs and manages the delivery of nursing services and safe patient care.
- Ensures services meet members', physician, and internal client needs in a changing healthcare market.
- Accountable for the efficient delivery of patient care and support services.
- Develops strategic/business plans to achieve integrated services across multiple sites/departments.
- Directs and ensures continuous quality, safety of staff and patients, and improvement of clinical practices.
- Plans, develops, and implements service area initiatives within the service line.
- Directs budget management and resource allocation.
- Manages financial performance and implements strategies to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Manages human resource, labor relations, and employee safety issues.
- Directs compliance with administrative, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- May assume responsibilities of Nurse Executive in their absence.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum eight (8) years of acute healthcare nursing experience, including a minimum of four (4) years of progressive management and supervisory experience.
Education: Master's Degree in related field (nursing, health administration, business, public health or management) and an academic degree in nursing required.
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse License (California)
- Basic Life Support
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
