Oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), care planning, and PDPM processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct and review MDS assessments.
Manage OBRA and Medicare schedules.
Support interdisciplinary care planning.
Participate in utilization review and quality assurance.
Maintain high standards in resident well-being, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with team members across all shifts.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in SNF MDS management
