Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and patient/family.
Utilize the nursing process and critical thinking to provide goal-directed patient care.
Continuously evaluate interventions and adjust care plans based on patient needs.
Act as a preceptor/teacher for guiding other nurses.
Document patient care per department guidelines.
Delegate and communicate care delivery expectations to team members.
Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
Provide age-appropriate patient education to facilitate recovery and self-care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Experience: One (1) year clinical experience
