Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
Utilize systematic planning and communication to coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
Actively communicate with the care team to plan patient care.
Evaluate interventions and adjust the care plan as needed based on patient and family needs.
Delegate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring proper follow-up on delegated tasks.
Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, addressing potential barriers to communication.
Provide age-appropriate patient education and coordinate discharge planning.
Demonstrate accountability for achieving patient outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Serve as a resource for other nurses and provide incidental teaching.

Two or more years of PCU RN experience or Medical Surgical Telemetry RN experience

Experience: One (1) year clinical experience
