Job Responsibilities

Provide delegated age appropriate care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Assist patients with tasks outlined in their clinical competency assessment related to basic nursing skills.
Perform personal care skills and basic restorative services.
Provide continuous safety observation as required.
Report to the Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager of the assigned unit and the RNs on duty on each assigned shift.
Complete other duties as assigned.
