Position: Lead Nurse Manager for Cath Lab

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $185K-$240K annually + Full Benefits + Bonus + Signing Bonus + Paid Relocation

Ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care.
Provide comprehensive administrative oversight for multiple nursing units.
Manage over 80 FTEs on a 24-hour basis.
Fulfill all duties and responsibilities associated with a unit manager position.
Drive excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.

Experience: 3+ years of recent clinical experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

License & Certification:

California Registered Nurse (RN) License (upon hire)
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization (within 30 days of hire)
