Job Responsibilities
- Provide clinical caregiver health services.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and PSJH policies.
- Participate as an integral team member with colleagues such as Infection Prevention, Absence, and Disability Management, Workers' Compensation, and Well-being.
- Deliver high quality occupational and environmental health services.
- Perform pre-employment health screens and vaccinations.
- Manage training and education for caregivers.
- Conduct surveillance and support caregivers to perform their work duties safely.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Registered Nurse License in Alaska
- Basic Life Support Certification from American Heart Association
Preferred Skills
- Experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting
- Experience with computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and OHM
Requirements
Experience: 1 year as an RN in an acute hospital setting or similar nursing experience.
Education:
License & Certification:
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
