Job Responsibilities
- Assist the implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
- Support investigations into patient/family/member concerns regarding patient care and services.
- Collaborate with physicians and outside healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
- Allocate resources in assigned clinical areas to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
- Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Support the creation of a safe environment for patients and employees.
- Provide clinical supervision and maintain clinical expertise necessary for job responsibilities.
- Delegate tasks and duties aligned to scope of practice.
- Perform clinical duties as required.
- Build collaborative relationships and provide mentorship to team members.
- Implement, adapt, and stay up to date with organizational changes and best practices.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of designated work team or unit.
- Develop work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines.
- Supervise hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
- Manage care delivery operations and programs within a 24/7 environment.
- Supervise improvements to operations and technology processes.
- Monitor the continuous improvement of quality and safety of clinical practices.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in patient care delivery; minimum three (3) years of experience in business operations or clinical health care.
Education: Associates degree in Business, Nursing, Health Care, or directly related field.
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire
- Basic Life Support required at hire
