Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of best practice models for patient care.
- Support the implementation of patient care delivery systems and practice standards.
- Investigate patient/family/member concerns regarding patient care and services.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to achieve optimal and safe patient care.
- Allocate resources in assigned clinical areas.
- Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Create a safe environment for patients and employees.
- Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision.
- Delegate tasks and duties aligned to scope of practice.
- Perform clinical duties as required.
- Recommend developmental opportunities for team members.
