Job Responsibilities
- Assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the provision of resident care according to professional standards of nursing practice in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Develops, communicates, and maintains nursing policies and procedures that reflect current clinical practice, professional standards, and company and facility philosophy of care.
- Collaborates with the Director of Nursing Services (DNS).
Required Skills

- Registered nurse license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills
- Professional nursing experience in long-term care setting
- Nursing service administration experience or comparable management position
Requirements
Experience: One-year professional nursing experience in long-term care setting
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

- Registered nurse license
Schedule:
- Must be available to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed
