Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning and developing Nursing Service Department functions.
Coordinate and mentor nursing staff.
Train and direct day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department.
Ensure compliance with federal, state guidelines, and company regulations to secure high-quality patient care.
