Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Coordinate all disciplines to achieve well-organized patient care.
- Delegate position appropriate patient care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
- Conduct systematic assessments of patients, including physiological and psychological data.
- Update patient records to accurately reflect patient condition.
- Develop care plans based on assessment and collaborate with patients and families.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs.
- Monitor vital signs and telemetry monitors.
- Perform EKG interpretation.
- Ensure patient safety during care.
- Administer medications to patients.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Supervise and multitask during nursing duties.

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Requirements
Experience: One year of RN experience required.
Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
License & Certification:
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
