Job Responsibilities

Advance Gift of Hope's mission of saving and enhancing lives through organ and tissue donation
Provide clinical assessments to determine organ viability and facilitate necessary testing
Coordinate onsite staff for organ donors and ensure accurate documentation
Communicate effectively with families, offering information and support during a difficult time

Required Skills

Core Skills

RN or other clinical experience providing patient care in an acute or critical care setting
Compassion and conscientiousness
Strong ethical foundation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work productively and independently
Comfort in the presence of emotional distress, death, and dying

Preferred Skills

Ability to drive personal vehicle to referrals throughout donation service area
