Job Responsibilities
- Provide and manage patient care in a clinical area for specific age and patient populations.
- Deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
- Work within codes of practice and professional guidelines.
- Accurately and efficiently triage telephone calls received from patients, their caregivers, relatives, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Prioritize patient health problems according to their urgency.
- Educate and advise patients.
- Schedule appointments and make safe, effective clinical decisions under the direction of the patient's physician.

Requirements
Experience: One (1) year of clinical nursing experience.
Education: Associate's degree in Nursing.
License & Certification:
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within thirty (30) days.
