Job Responsibilities

Coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function.
Responsible for a clinic unit and coordinates the scheduling efforts of the unit RNs.
Acts as a liaison to internal and external customers, including pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration.
Develops and implements plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements.
Trains and mentors staff.

Requirements

Experience: Two years of relevant clinical nursing experience; two years of current Level III NICU experience for Level II EQ only.

Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.

License & Certification:

License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
CPR
ACLS as applicable by Facility/Department
