Manage staffing needs and provide supervision for nursing staff providing direct resident care.
Ensure quality resident care on the assigned unit.
Assist in staff development.
Provide direct resident care in accordance with established plans.
Supervise Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.
Conduct and document complete data collection of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout treatment.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for assigned residents.
Assist in recruiting and hiring nursing staff.
Monitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements.
Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Ensure compliance with resident rights policies and work with families and staff to resolve grievances.
Complete Preceptor Training.
Provide innovative healthcare and implement new ideas to improve systems and processes.
Develop a successful management team.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years nursing experience preferred in a similar setting; at least 1 year in nursing administration.
