Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs.
Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
Direct and delegate care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
Ensure own professional effectiveness through education and professional development.
Participate in the development of and maintain established hospital policies, procedures and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection prevention program.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience: Minimum of one year as a primary clinical provider in the ER setting preferred.

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred or enrolled in.

License & Certification:

Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice at date of hire
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at date of hire
Current ACLS and PALS required at date of hire or to be renewed at next available class
Current TNCC and ENPC or to renew when next available course
CEN preferred
