Take the lead on all admissions and ensure the entire resident admission process is smooth and effortless.
Work with the Hospital Liaison and admissions team to clinically review referrals for potential admissions.
Oversee the resident admissions process from the referral process.
Enter orders and ensure all records necessary for admission are obtained.
Work with residents and their family members to complete admission documentation.
Ensure new residents' rooms are appropriately prepared prior to their arrival.

Experience: At least 2 years of prior clinical experience
