Job Responsibilities

Provide quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for patients in clinical research studies.
Ensure patients have a fun, positive, and comfortable experience at the clinic.
Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently, adhering to clinical trial protocols 100% of the time.
Facilitate patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials.
Ensure patients come to and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study.
Enter data timely and accurately for clinical visits into multiple online systems.
Act as the lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials.
Provide amazing customer service to Sponsors and Clients onsite at the clinic.
Maintain physician trust by being a knowledgeable resource and keeping them informed of schedules and clinical trial updates.

Required Skills

Core Skills

1 year experience in a Clinical, Hospital or Healthcare setting administering IVs and conducting phlebotomy.
Registered Nurse (R.N.) or Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N).
B.S or B.A from any accredited university.

Preferred Skills

Prior clinical research experience.
Problem solving and proactive planning skills.
Organizational skills.

Requirements

Experience: 1 year in a Clinical, Hospital or Healthcare setting administering IVs and conducting phlebotomy.

Education: B.S or B.A from any accredited university.

License & Certification:

Registered Nurse (R.N.)
Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N)

Schedule:

Onsite Monday-Friday, traveling between Vienna, VA and Rockville, MD.
