Job Responsibilities

Lead daily operations within home health and hospice setting.
Oversee nursing staff to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Maintain high standards of patient care.
Conduct staff meetings, provide mentorship, and facilitate training sessions.
Review patient care plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Address clinical concerns that arise.
Foster a supportive and fun work environment.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Current RN license in the state of AZ
2 years+ Home Health / Hospice experience
Leadership and communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
In-depth knowledge of clinical practices and healthcare compliance regulations
Organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Ability to foster a collaborative, patient-focused environment
