Job Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations within the home health and hospice setting
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Maintain high standards of patient care
- Conduct staff meetings and provide mentorship
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team performance
- Review patient care plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Address any clinical concerns that arise
- Foster a supportive and fun work environment
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current RN license in the state of AZ
- 2+ years of Home Health / Hospice experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to foster a collaborative, patient-focused environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of clinical practices and healthcare compliance regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills
