Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assist the manager with daily operations.
- Coordinate patient care and outcomes, allocation of resources, and communication.
- Ensure patient throughput and program development oversight.
- Conduct patient, physician, and employee rounding.
- Assist with selection, development, and retention of staff.
- Perform clinical supervision and performance appraisal.
- Facilitate performance improvement activities and service recovery.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
- Support the manager in enhancing the nursing practice and service delivery.
- Assist with nursing personnel interviewing, selection, and supervision.
- Execute daily communication through staff meetings and huddles.
- Collaborate with manager to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Delegate elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers.
- Identify expected outcomes for continuity of care.
- Evaluate progress toward goal attainment and provide updates to the team.
- Administer medications, assist with treatments, and perform nursing care.
- Coordinate patient flow and staffing based on volume and acuity needs.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum two years nursing experience preferred.
Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN required.
License & Certification:
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
- BLS required per policy guidelines
- Appropriate professional certification within 1 year of eligibility.
Schedule:
- Variable shifts, specifically nights.
