Job Responsibilities
- Collect pertinent data and information relative to the healthcare consumer's health or situation.
- Analyze assessment data to determine the actual and potential diagnoses or issues.
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation.
- Develop and modify a plan of care that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
- Implement the identified plan.
- Coordinate care delivery and transitions in care.
- Employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment.

Requirements
Experience: Registered Nurse foundational experience required; Intraoperative RN experience required unless participating in the Periop Program.
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
License & Certification:
- Licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut
- Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire
Schedule:
- Evening shift 3-11:30 PM with on call, holidays, rotation as needed
