Job Responsibilities
- Provides nursing care under supervision, including assessment, care planning, and evaluation for individual patients or populations.
- Maintains professionalism, promotes safety, and adheres to infection control, medication, and confidentiality policies.
- Performs comprehensive patient assessments and documents vital signs while identifying abnormal data.
- Develops and implements care plans, involving patients and families, and coordinates with the healthcare team.
- Evaluates patient responses and supports nursing standards.
- Supervises staff, participates in unit conferences and quality improvement.
- Engages in ongoing education, seeks guidance when needed, and acquires required certifications.
