- Oversee the accuracy of patient and resident assessments.
- Manage cases of skilled residents covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care/insurance.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of clinical assessments and documentation.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
