Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care compatible with the Neonatal Level of Care Designation, Level II.
Collaborate with all other healthcare disciplines to execute the patient's plan-of-care.
Utilize physical assessment skills and advanced diagnostic technology to assess the patient's nursing care needs.
Analyze, synthesize, and disseminate collected data to other healthcare providers.
Monitor and assess the patient's physical condition, emotional, and social needs.
Refine the plan-of-care to ensure achievement of the desired goals of the patient and facility outcomes.
Provide patient-specific care standards as directed.
Follow service excellence standards to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.

Experience: 1 year or more experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Education: Graduate of a school of nursing
