Create and assess professional development programs aligned with current methodologies to promote ongoing learning.
Identify the needs of staff and work closely with various teams to modify educational material to suit those needs.
Help implement education plans and create a positive environment to reach goals.
Design and assess educational activities and projects while engaging team members.
Implement evidence-based content and use reliable methods to evaluate program outcomes.
Involve learners in evaluation and adjust material based on data collected.
Build relationships with various community education programs and incorporate ethics into educational practice.

Familiarity with nursing practices, standards of patient care and procedures.
Comprehensive grasp of pertinent laws, regulations and standards set by accrediting agencies.
Knowledge in health promotion, illness prevention, and healthcare terminology.
Deep respect for medical and nursing ethics and commitment to safeguarding patient confidentiality.
Adaptable teaching skills that cater to diverse learning methods.
Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for interacting with a varied group of people.

Experience: At least 2 years of pertinent experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
